What to expect from beginning to end.

    Fill out our intake form, where we'll collect some basic information about you and your watch.

    Ship your watch to us

    We will send you secure packaging with a pre-paid, fully insured, express shipping label. Pack your watch in the box, attach the label, and drop it off at a FedEx location or schedule an in-home pickup.

    Receive and approve your quote

    Once we receive your watch, we inspect it and take detailed photos, documenting its initial condition and any work needed. We send you an invoice outlining our recommendations. Upon deposit, we begin the restoration.

    Follow your watch's restoration timeline

    In the spirit of Wristwatch Revival, we offer you the ability to follow along with your watch's journey. Your watch's timeline page documents every step of the restoration and is updated in real-time.

    Your restored watch returns home

    Your watch is carefully packed and shipped back to you, fully insured, for many more years of enjoyment.
